Two professional engineers illustrate the proper care and practical benefits of cats. None of the cats, humans, or engineers were mistreated in the making of this film. They were however, slightly annoyed. T-shirts and other goodies available at: http://www.cafepress.com/engineersguide

  • What amazes me is how Daisy, who is half Uki's weight, can knock him over with little effort. This will require further study.

  • I have a large cat named Uki. I want to calculate his aspect ratio, but I have a problem. Uki was run over by a car, damaging a hip joint and his tail, which had to be amputated. Since he has to rely more on his front legs to climb, his shoulders are wider than his hips. Should I measure the width of his shoulders and of his hips and average the two to use in calculating AR? I assume that the absence of a tail is not an issue.
